You will learn in this training effective strategies to increase the quality of your coaching sessions.

7 Essential tools that you will discover in PCMC

1. To obtain key performance indicators (KPIs) of the coaching processes and achieve well-formed outcomes faster.
2. To discover the real topic of the session by listening to beliefs, levels and structures involved that you did not notice before.
3. To support client ́s understanding by using inferential listening and detecting linguistic, behavioral, semantic patterns to generate effective questions.
4. To deepen the level of rapport by identifying and transforming your clients’ semantic spaces and listening to coachable moments.
5. To refine your coaching style by designing your conversations strategically.
6. To keep up strong and intense conversations by challenging and confronting the client ́s inconsistencies, irresponsibility, blind spots and accountability.

Training & Certification

1. TRAINING PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT (Days 1 to 3)

You only need to be an ACMC coach by the ISNS or certified by a recognized Institute. Coaches will actively participate the first 3 days receiving instructions and practicing coaching sessions with the Professional Meta-Coach approach.
Beginning on day 4, learning will be enhanced by watching and listening to feedback from the certification assessment sessions.
Every day from Day 4 to Day 6, five (5) Meta-Coaches applying to be certified at the PCMC level will be benchmarked.

2. REQUIREMENTS FOR PCMC CERTIFICATION (Days 4 to 6)

a. Being Certified Meta-Coach with an up-to-date ACMC license
b. Having 2 years of experience and can show a log of at least 400 hours of paid practice as a Meta-Coach.
c. Complete the basic readings.
d. Complete the case study.
e. Reach benchmarking level 3.0 in each of the skills

You will receive a Certificate of Attendance from ISNS and when you graduate from PCMC, you will receive the Certified Professional Meta-Coach Certificate (PCMC) from ISNS and the Meta-Coach Foundation
